Incorporated in 1994, Home and Hearth Designs focused primarily on custom remodeling jobs, room additions and outdoor living spaces. Following their dreams, this husband and wife builder team obtained their General Contractor’s license in 2002 and changed their focus to custom speculative building. Challenging the status-quo, Home and Hearth Designs set a goal to build custom homes with affordable prices.
Every home design has functional living in mind, etched with craftsman style and distinction. Custom built-in cabinetry and fireplace hearths are signature items, accompanied by large living areas, with great traffic flow for entertaining. Hardwood, tile and upgraded color schemes throughout the homes separate Home and Hearth Designs from mainstream builders.
